■ //i/l 11 Ai\\U X T O si a material success One of the nicest things in this best of all possible worlds, is a pretty bedroom. By pretty, we mean something different from severe classic beauty. A bedroom should be a bright, smiling room ... a room of soft colours and small conceits, and sunny decorations. .. .a room in which early morning illhumour will fade as mist in the sun. In such a room, fabrics are the wonder workers. Curtains, a bedspread, a frill on a window seat, are things which paint the smiles in. We haye just unpacked a very lovely collection of satin cloths, anjj for prewinter decoration, they are just perfect. 'The grounds are soft pastel Blues, • Pink, Green and Cream, with small rosebud sprays spaced to give contrast and harmony. The cloth has a satiny, sunshiny finish, and for curtains and bedspreads, is something quite out of the ordinary, and quite exquisite. ■_ We imagine these should have reached us next spring, but we're not arguing because we can't imagine a nicer nor more opportune moment than now, right at the onset of winter. See our window display, and please hurry. ARE IMPENDING. F VgT BACK THE ATTACK WITH NATIONAL WAR SAVINGS.
