President Roosevelt And Fourth Term ' NEW YORK, May 17. The political action committee of the Congress of Industrial Organizations, representing 5,000,000 members, formally endorsed President Roosevelt for a fourth term as the only man qualified to lead the nation in the next four years. It called on the President to respond to the call of duty and become a candidate, rhe committee indicated that it would also support the Vice-President. Mr. Wallace, if nominated again.
