RUSSIA TO HAND OVER PRISONERS TO FRENCH
(Received May 14. 7 p.m.) LONDON, May 13. Moscow radio says the French Committee of National Liberation some time ago asked Russia to hand over prisoners of war from the German Army of French nationality, particularly Alsatians and Lorraines, who voluntarily went over to the Red Army and direct them to North Africa for incorporation in the French Army.
