WATERWORKS OVERSEER TO RETIRE
Appreciation of the services rendered to the waterworks department.by Mr. George Tinney, who will be retiring from the corporation service on July 11, after nearly 31 years’ service, was expressed at Wednesday’s meeting of the M eUington City Council.* x “There is perhaps no other position in municipal service so' exacting in its demands upon .the individual, and .the council has been fortunate in the service rendered by Mr. Tinney,” said Cr.
