WOMAN CHARGED WITH ASSAULT
Dorothy May Reilly was called on In the Magistrates’ Court, Wellington, yesterday to answer a charge of having assaulted her husband, Terence Francis Reilly, Detective-Sergeant E. Compton applied for a remand till May 17. when, he said, two other accused would be appearing on the same charge. Mr. W. J. Stacey, who appeared for accused, said divorce proceedings were pending on Juno C or 7, anil asked for a remand till after these had been hear 1. Mr. Stout, S.M., said lie would, in the meantime, adjouru the case till the others appeared. A request for suppression of accused's jtame was refused in the
