NEW YORK. May 4. The German overseas news agency says that Admiral Koga, Commander-in-Chief of the Japanese Fleets, was killed nt the front in the execution of his duty. Admiral Soetake Toyoda has succeeded him and is already in command of the Heet. Admiral Zeugo Yoshida, a former Navy Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Combined Fleets, takes over Admiral Toyoda’s former post, the chief of staff of the High Seas Fleet.
