Weilington Behind Other Main Centres Though there was some excitement among philatelists over the issue of the •'Princess” health stamps, issued to supplement the funds for the upkeep ot children’s health camps in New Zealand, it is staled that of tiie four main centres the returns from Wellington have been lowest on the list.
