Political Prisoners (Received October 18, 9.30 p.m.) LONDON, October 18. The Allies have released 1000 political prisoners, including Colonel Tito Zaniboni, who plotted to kill Signor Mussolini in 1924. Zaniboni has been -a prisoner for nearly 20 years. The Swiss radio says that Fascists in Italy have arrested Signor Arminesi, projyietor of the “Giornaie d’ltalia,” the “Popolo di Roma” and the “Tribune,” and also arrested the proprietors of the “Messaggero” and the “Secolo.”
