CHARGE AGAINST BOY

Admitted to the Kawakawa hospital at G o’clock last evening suffering from a fracture of the skull, apparently caused by a number of blows from an. implement, James Muriwai, aged .—, is in a critical condition. An operation was performed late last night but the patient has not regained consciousness. . , A 16-year-old boy arrested last night was charged at the Kaikohe < - ,ourt with attempted murder and remanded to appear at Whangarei.
