FINLAND MEETING DEBTS
(Received October 15, 7 p.m.) ■WASHINGTON, October 14. Finland agreed today to increase her war debt payments to the United States by 42,000 dollars yearly for 20 years to overtake the two years’ lapse caused by the Russian-Finnish war. Finland is the only country making debt paymets and still owes the United States 9,000,000 dollars.
