Resolution On U.S. Policy WASHINGTON, October 13. The Foreign Relations (Subcommittee of the -Senate, Iby a vote of seven to one, approved a resolution pledging the United (States to continue to wage war against all its enemies till complete victory was achieved, that the United- 'States would co-operate with its comrades in arms in securing a just and honourable peace, and that the United 'States, acting through its constitutional processes, would join with the free and sovereign nations in the establishment of an international authority with power to prevent aggression and preserve world peace. -Senator R. M. (LaFollette j-un. (I regressive) was the dissenting committeeman.
