LAND SALES
Meeting Of Prospective Committeemen Personnel under consideration for appointment to the Land Sales Court and Land Sales Committees to be set up in accordance with the Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act recently passed by Parliament met at Parliament House yesterday for a general consultation. Mr. G. P. Finlay! Auckland, who has been recommended for appointment as the judge to preside over the Land Sales Court, was present. As the Act will not come into force till Monday no announcement of the names of the other two members of the court or of the personnel selected for appointment to the committees will be made before that day.
