“We must do all we can to see that Lincoln College is restored to its old position of leadership,” said Mr. W. S. MacGibbon at a meeting of the Christchurch Chombcr of Commerce when he appealed to members to take an interest in Ibe college and attend its field days, lie said that the college had been allowed to lose its pre-eminence. It was unthinkable that this decline should be permitted to continue. Lincoln was worldfamous for its scientific achievements.
