STUDENTS RIOTS IN ARGENTINA

Break With Axis Demanded

(Received October 4, 11.40 p.m.) SANTIAGO (Chile), October 3. Delayed dispatches report riots in Buenos Aires on September 28 between students demanding a break ■with the Axis and young Nationalists, supporters of General Ramirez. Mounted police and tear-gas squads fought the rioters for more than an hour. The Government is since reported to have removed two of several pro-Nazi university heads whose appointments caused a nation-wide students’ strike.
