RAILWAY ATTACKED
Yugoslav Guerrillas (Received October 4, 1.45 a.m.) . LONDON, October 3. It is learned in London that Yugoslav guerrillas attacked the vital railway ruuiiiii" south from Austria, to the Italian port of Fiume on the Adriatic. This, railway line, after the disruption of the Brenner Pass and Mount Cents commuinaetions through the Alps has become increasingly important. The Partisans further north have penetrated to Austria and are now operating from hiding places in the Austrian Alps.
