FINLAND’S ATTITUDE
(Received October 3. 7.5 p.m.) LONDON, October 2. According to a Stockholm message, the Finnish Government has announced, that it does not intend to change its attitude regarding relations with Italy, implying that it has recognized the King aud the Badoglio Government, not Signor Mussolini. The Italian Minister to Helsinki lias officially announced he is loyal to the King.
