OPENING OF FISHING SEASON.
There are some things more easily eaught than fish. This incident happened during a previous “opening.” “You bring twilling. I’ll fix everything,” said ft fly fishing enthusiast, inviting his friend to join him at the opening of the fishing season. Ml went well until the friend with a complete borrowed outfit was dismayed lo find that one wader was letting in the water. Being of u sensitive nature, and not wishing to 'Spoil the day’s sport, lie plodded on up stream with one foot wet and numb with the cold water. At the end of tlie day- the host discovered the plight of his Quixotic friend and after profuse apologies squared matters by supplying a good, stiff, dose of Baxter’s Lung Preserver as a precaution against a cold. The waders were patched for the morrow and they both enjoyed good fishing and good fun on the second day. Fishermen take note: Colds are sometimes more easily eaught, than fish.
