FOGGIA BEING USED
Allied Air Offensive LONDON, September 30. Last night Wellingtons bombed Formia. on the coast 45 miles north-west of Naples. They hit the main electrical plant and did other damage. Except for three nights previously when bad weather stopped attacks. Wellingtons have been put on bombing attacks for 61 successive nights.. Specialized Allied repair units entered Foggia immediately its capture was assured. and within a lew hours the aerodromes were working and planes were nWe to operate and bomb a railway lino 100. miles north of., the_ei.ty.x_
