PORT OF SPLIT On Offensive Elsewhere (Received September 30. 11.15 p.m.) LONDON, September 30. A communique broadcast by the Yugoslav radio says: “Our successful offensive has continued in Montenegro and Herzegovina and the province of S.andzak. In Dalmatia, after 15 days’ fighting to avoid encirclement, we evacuated Split with all our war material. We successfully attacked and routed a strong German column iu northern Dalmatia.
