Air Vice-Marshal Goddard
LONDON, September 29. Air Vice-Marshal R. V. Goddard, of the Royal Air Force, who two years ago was given special duties ■ wjth the R N.Z.A.F., and became Chief ot the Air Staff, has been appointed air officer in charge of administration at the air headquarters in India.
