First Prize To Napier

The first prize of £2,000 in the “A Lot to Lift” art union, drawn in Wellington yesterday, went to Napier. The other major prizes were won by ticket-holders al Waihi, Sansop, Auckland aud Gisborne, respectively. Sergeant A. 1). Buchanan represented the Police Department at the drawing, and Mr. 11.
