ACES ADD TO SCORE

LONDON, September 28. Wing Commander W. V. C. Compton shot down another Foeke-Wulf on September 23 during an all-day offensive over northern France. It made his score 15 J. Flight Lieutenant Gray Stenborg (Auckland) also got one. making his score 14. He previously had a narrow escape when a German was on his taii, but a British pilot yelled a warning over his radiophone and shot down the German. Then Stenborg got his German in a dogfight.
