Half Coupon For October
The Alinister of Supply and Alunitions, Mr. Sullivan, announced yesterday that War Cabinet had decided to continue the petrol ration for private motorists at the recent rate of half a coupon, and accordingly coupon No. 4 at half its face value would 'be available to private motorists for October.
