Wellington, yesterday, to a charge of negligently driving a car on Poplar Road, ItnuniHt.l South, on March !t last, thereby causing bodily injury to Frederick Carr. The case was the sequel to a fatal .'incident which had occurred. Aceused was committed to the Supreme Court for trial.
