LONDON, January 30. The Soviet, news agency quotes a report. from Stockholm, stating that Herr Hiller has appointed Herr Himmler as general commissioner for carrying out the total mobilization.
William Barlow, known throughout, many countries as the "skeleton man.’ died in Newcastle. During his career as a showman, millions had seen Barlow, who was 55. For 30 years his weight averaged 051 b.. but in the last lorlnight it had been redneed to 3Slb. At the age of 20 Barlow weighed L’tst. 81b.. but tin obscure disease which nonplussed medical men throughout the world made him a living skeleton.
