D. \\ ii son, presented to him a bound set of Centennial Pictorial Surveys ("Tlie Alaking of New Zealand”) on behalf of officers of the National Service I>e partment with whom Air. Hamann hat been associated. Mr. Wilson said New Zealand had reason to be thankful to Great Britain for allowing two such distinguished officers as Mr. A. D. Wilson, who has already left for England, and Air. Hamann to come to New Zealand and help it.
