Flight Sergeant Clark
Advice has been received that Flight Sergeant Terence George Clark, third sou of Mrs. L. Clark, 15 Liverpool Street, Miramar, who was confirmed on air operations over tlie continent on September 20, inis been buried at Aachen, in Belgium. Sergeant Clark was in his twentyfourth vear, and was educated at tlie Marist Brothers’ School, 'Tasman Street. Wellington. On leaving school lie joined the stereotyping department of "Tlie Dominion” as an apprentice. He had not
a long time to go to complete hA time when he left to join the R.N.Z.A.F. in 19-10. After preliminary training in the Dominion, he left for Canada in October Hie same year, lie passed out in rhe navigational, wireless, and air-gunner courses there, and biter proceeded to England, going tn “bombers.” He flew more than 30 Huies on operalions. the latter purl of the lime as a member of a Lancaster i-rew. It. was when on a Hight in one of these big aircraft that he was killed. During his work with "The Dominion.
