Coupon For February To July Period 'The l-'ood Rationing Controller, Mr. -I. E. For tlie period February 1 to July 31. 19-13, coupon No. "Nl3” was authorized for tlie purchase of fully-fashioned stockings of silk, artificial silk, or mixtures thereof. No trailer could supply stockings of Hie specified type during this period except on surrender of one coupon. "X 13. for each pair.
