section 3 of that Act its payable at my office in one sum on Thursday, February 11, 1943, and that additional tax accrues it* not paid by March 4, 1043. Liability is not suspended by any objection, and lax must be paid by the prescribed date to avoid additional percentage; any overpayment will be refunded. PURSUANT.to the Egg Marketing Emergency* Regulations, 1942 (hereafter referred to as “the-regulations”), the Minister of Marketing hereby declares and directs as follows:— (1) This Notice may be cited as the North Wairarapa Special Egg Marketing Notice No. 1. (2) This Notice shall come into force on the 25th day of January, 1943. (3) For the purposes of the Regulations, the Special Egg Marketing Area is hereby declared as all that area of Jami lying within a four-mile radius from the Post Office in each of the following towns— Masrerton, Pahiatua. Alfredton, Pongoroa, Tinui and Mauriceville, together with that area of land lying within an eight-mile radius from the Eketahuna Post Office. (4) In this Notice: — “Authorised distributor” means the Masterton Egg Floor operated by the Wairarapa Seed Company, having its registered oilice at Queen Street, Masterton. “Special area” means the Special Egg Marketing Area hereinbefore constituted. (5) No eggs shall be sold by way of sale by wholesale within the Special Area except by the authorized distributor or his agents acting under the authority and in accordance with the directions of the Minister. (6‘ All egg*«*for sale by wholesale within the Special Area shall be delivered to the authorized distributor or its order, and shall be accounted for in such manner, at such prices, subject to such deductions (if ‘any) whether for commission or otherwise, as the Minister from time to time directs either generally or specially. (7) Except through the agency of the authorized distributor or his agents, no person shall within the Special Area purchase or accept any eggs for sale by retail whether in the form in which they are received or in any other form, or as part of any meal or commodity.
