The case was heard by Mr. Stout, S.M., Detective-Sergeant. W. McLennan conducted the prosecution, and Mr. r. ' • Ongley appeared for accused. After the evidence of IS witnesses had been heard, the magistrate held that there was sufficient evidence to justify accused being sent, for trial, ami committed him to the Supreme Court f«»r trial.
