BLOOD STOCK SALES, JAN. 22. BAY COLT, by Phaleron Bay out of Latin Lady, by Windbag. This colt has had the right treatment to make him a real horse. He has been running in a big hilly paddock. Never been boxed, well fed. Grand disposition. Beautiful mover, very sensible, unbroken, an ideal proposition to start on TRISTAN By Siegfried out of Toreka, sister to Galliard. This horse started four times last (Nelson-Blenheim) meetings. Won twice: A 6 furlongs and a hack cup 9 furlongs; Second other 2 starts, unlucky each time. After these races he ricked himself and was turned out for a spell, and was kept on the farm as company for the colt advertised above. Jumps fences for fun.
