ART UNION WINNERS
First Prize To Hastings The first prize of £2OOO in the "Lucky 43” art union, drawn in Wellington yesterday, was won by J. Pepper, Hastings. Two substantial prizes went to the South Island, but Wellington did not share in the list of major winners. Air. J. W. Hutchen represented the Internal Affairs Department and Sergeant L.
