Major Quisling’s latest decree forbids Norwegian actors to wear moustaches or boards, according to the Stockholm correspondent of the “New York Times.” The purpose is twofold—to prevent, actors from affecting Hitler's moustache, and also to restrain them from making up like King Haakon.
