CZECHS ARRESTED
(British official Wireless) RUGBY, November 2. It is learnt in London that the Germans in Prague have swooped on the big co-operative society of Czech postal officials, “Postex,” arresting'3B persons, including the general manager, M. Jiri Mauer. The Germans allege they uncovered “the gravest black market scandal ever committed in Prague,” but Czechs in London think the alleged scandal may be an excuse for the destruction of yet another important Czech organization. The Germans recently executed a number of Czechs for alleged black marketing, but sabotage Is the more likely reason.
