Beer excise collections last month were £13.338, compared with £3OBB ill October, 194’1, nil increase of £s2i>o. For the 10 months the totals are £ 1 21 ,bm and £S L 740 respectively, an increase ol £3(>..Wi. War tax. under its four separate Heads, totalled £358.014, against £l3l 7JMS in <><•■ tohor 1941 an increase of £220.218. I'or e I’o mouths the totals are £2,501.300 and £1 255.390 respectively, an increase of £1,245.970.
