Arrival Of Americans In Liberia
MONROVIA (Liberia). October 30. It. is revea.led that American troops have been in Liberia for three months. The Liberian national legislature has issued special emergency regulations which will continue for the duration of the war and six months afterward. Under these Liberia will be able to' co-operate with America’s war plans.
