Appointments to the First and Second Divisions of the Court of Appeal for 1943 are announced in the Gazette issued last evening. They are as follows First Division: The Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers), and their Honours Mr. Justice Blair, Mr. Justice Kennedy, Air. Justice Callan, and Mr. Justice Northcroft. ' .
