U.S. OIL SUPPLY
(Received October 29, 9 p.m.) WASHINGTON, October 28. The Chief of Production, Mr. Nelson, announced that the War Production Board has approved the extension of the oil pipeline at Norris City, Illinois, to the eastern seaboard, approximately 1388 miles. It will carry 300,000 barrels daily, and it is expected to be. completed in June, 1943.
