Held In Texan Jail
MEXICO CITY, October 27. The Immigration Authorities revealed that the trio who are wanted in three countries on 2,000,000-dollar fraud charges have been expelled because their documents were not in order, and probably are already in the United States. They were sent to the. northern frontier in a special plane. Their names are given as George Blake Irving, Alfred Ernest Dawson, and Irving Varney. When the arrests were made the names announced were John Woolcott-Forbes, Irving Garfunkel, and Alfred Dawson. The Police Chief, Senor Martinez, said that M ashington had advised him that Forbes might use the names George Blake, George Deplace, and George Smith. Cheque Forgery- Charge. DALLAS (Texas), October 27. Woolcott-Forbes is held in Dallas County Jail after his deportation from Mexico. He will be arraigned when the copy of a New York indictment for forgery of a Treasury cheque has reached Dallas, the Federal Bureau of Investigation told the Associated Press.
