However, the tracks wore not fast. Enthrall, who has improved considerably of latp. pleased by sprinting six furlongs in IJSJ, the first three in 35J. She will race at Napier, and then in the New Zealand Oaks. Monmouth showed that lie ks back to form by easily defeating Black Sultan over live in 64 A. the first quarter in 24}. Lowry Bay, who has been galloping impressively the Inst, week or so. had little ditllcidty in holding Silver Ball safe over live furlong-s, run tn 65. Other times were:—‘Three furlongs: impart; and Divulge (easily), 40}; Gold Sweep, 39; Commando. 38jJ* Gold Court (well ahead) and princess Baft’len, 38}; Virtuoso and La Serena, 39p Klneondu. 3,8}. Four furlongs: Cheddington find Worton (easily), 53}: Dark Bloom, 53. Five furlongs: Oze I (easily) and. Captain Tor, 65.1; Vallcardine, 66}; Curry (comfortably), 05; N’anhickoy, 675: Queen Cardine and Peter’s Wife, 67 A f Condole, 67; Sun Valiev (ahead) and Nightward. 65 A; Greenfeast and Caress, OS. Loch iMvigli •went well over six furlongs in 1.10.
