The Chinese Charge d’Affaires in London yesterday called on Sir Alexander Cadogan, Permanent Under-Secretary of State at the Foreign Office, who informed him that the British draft treaty for abolition of extraterritorial rights would be communicated to him soon aud would be on the same lines as the proposed American-Chinese treaty. It is pointed out that tlie necessity to consult the Dominions involves a certain delay ou the jlritish side.
