Injuries received' through falls were the cause of three persons being taken to the Wellington Public Hospital by the Free Ambulance yesterday. In the morning, Mr. H. Stace, a farmer, of Main Road, Pahautanui, fractured his right leg; about lunch-time Miss B. Bodden, of ,143 Hataitai Road, fractured her right wrist; and shortly after s.o’clock in the evening, Mr. F. J. Stephens, of 252 Riddiford Street, fractured his left knee-cap.
