SECOND VICTIM DEAD
Napier” Assault Case (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIER, October 24. Both the victims of the assault committed on Wednesday night are dead. Mrs. Colin Campbell died yesterday. Her mother-in-law, Mrs. A. B. Campbell, died at 1.30 this morning. Both had been taken to the Napier Hospital. David John, Campbell, aged 20, was charged on Thursday with attempted murder, and was remanded-for a week for inquiry into his mental condition.
