Mr. Churchill At Gibraltar GIBRALTAR, October 22. A Black Maria took Mr. Churchill from the aerodrome to Government House during a recent visit to Gibraltar. Revealing this in a speech today, the Bishop of Gibraltar, Dr, Buxton, said that the Blade Marla was used to prevent the presence of the Prime Minister being quickly known. Mr. Churchill was somewhat surprised when, the moment he left the plane, a Black Maria drove up, and, he was asked to step inside. He demurred until the need for maintaining secrecy was explained.
