NEW ARMOUR-PLATE
(Received October 18, 7.5 p.m.) HAMILTON (Ontario), Oct. 17. According to the Canadian Press Association, Mr. Leo Sullivan has invented, and a local company developed, a new type of armour-iplate. The process which transforms the cheapest grade of steel into first-rate plate has beeu optioned by a large American steel company. __________
