FOX.—On October IS, 1942, at -his residence, 54 Brunswick Street, Lower Hutt, Charles, beloved husband of Helen Fox and father of George, Alan, and grandfather of Wee Ann.; aged '(22 years. GI L TRAP.—On October” 17, 1942; at the Wellington Hospital, Josephine Elizabeth, dearly loved daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest W. Giltrap, 2 Nile Street, Waterloo, Lower Hutt; age 2 years and 3 months. Peacefully sleeping. HAMILTON.—On October IS, 1942, at her residence, 194 Richmond Street, Petone, Narv Jane, widow of the late R. W. Hamilton and dearly -beloved mother of Mrs. J. Ingham, Mrs. G. C. Jenner, Joyce, and the late 'Mrs. A. E. Morrison and W. 'R. Hamilton; aged 72 years. Peace, perfect peace.

MERiRJtE.—On October 17, 19-12, passed away at his late residence, 191 Rintoul Street, Hector Percy Merrie (Jack), •dearly beloved son of Mrs. L. Merrie and grandson of Mrs. Hyndman; age 29. His end was peaceful. (Late of Railway Workshops.) MEULI.—On October 15, 1942, at his residence, Te 'Rau Street ,Manaia, Jacob, beloved husband of Katharine Meuli; aged 8S years. D.
