A Bill to vary the terms of certain trusts created by the will of the late Mina Tait Horton, Auckland, by extending the period within which certain coiiditions attached to a bequest for the building fund for an Auckland cathedral for the Church of England may be performed, was put through all its stages and passed by the House of Representatives yesterday. Mr. Endean (Opposition, Remnera) was in charge of rhe Bill, which by leave of the House was accepted as a public measure. He expressed his appreciation of this privilege, which facilitated its passage.
