Mr. Churchill Opposed To Suggested Change (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, October 15. Mr. Churchill was asked in the House of Commons whether he had yet come to a final decision as to the advisability of having a War Cabinet composed of Ministers without other departmental responsibilities. .He replied.that he was opposed to such an arrangement. “Progress in improving and refining our methods of conducting the war is our constant aim and is, I hope, effectual,” he said, when asked what progress had been made in establishing unified command or control of the lighting services in each theatre of war.
