Smuts to Broadcast.
The House of Commons loudly cheered the Prime Minister’s statement that the Governor-General of South Africa, FieldMarshal Smuts, had consented to address the members of both Houses on an early occasion. Mr. Churchill added that the speech would he broadcast to the world. British Raid Casualties.
