WOUNDS FROM RIFLE
Two Soldiers Taken To Hospital Two soldiers are in the Wellington Hospital with wounds they received through the discharging of a rifle in a military area yesterday. Gnr. lan John Jones, aged 18, son of Mrs. E. Jones, 28 Austin Street, Wellington, has a wound in the stomach and late last night his condition was serious. The other patient is Gnr. Ralph Valentine Bell, son of Mr. L. J. Bell, Rotorangi mail delivery, Cambridge. His wound is in an arm and his condition is satisfactory.
